Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and inspected, we will notify you regarding your refund.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method within a few business days.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)
